YOGA MATS AND WHERE TO PURCHASE THEM ONLINE

5/24/2020

In today's post I want to share with you about an online store where I found affordable yoga equipment. In some of my recent posts we talked about yoga sets and active leggings. What we also need for our workouts is also a good equipment. The store is called Babyonlinewholesale and they're offering a large assortment of equipment for yoga like carpets and mats stretch bands, pull ropes, etc. Today I'm sharing with you some tips on how to choose perfect yoga mat for yourself and what things you should have in mind when choosing one. Today there’s a yoga mat to suit every priority and preference. Beyond a color and pattern that suits your style, your yoga mat needs to keep you stable in your poses; it needs to be storable and portable, yet comfy and cushy. You may also want your mat to be environmentally friendly. These aspects of your mat's personality are all affected by how the mat is made: how thick it is, what it's made of, and its surface texture.

The first thing you should have in mind is thickness of a mat. Why it’s important: The thickness of your yoga mat has a lot to do with how comfortable it is — too thin, and your knee may get banged up during crescent lunge. Consider how much room you have to stow your yoga mat, how important portability is, and where your sweet spot is on comfort versus being able to feel a direct connection to the floor. Next thing is material. Why it’s important: The material your yoga mat is made of dictates its texture, stickiness, eco-friendliness, and sponginess (how much it yields to pressure), and how it wears over time. Most standard yoga mats are made of PVC, otherwise known as vinyl. Newer, more earth-friendly options include natural and recycled rubber, jute, and organic cotton or natural cotton. Another thing tou need to think about is texture. The texture of your yoga mat dictates how much traction it provides. Like stickiness, texture affects how much slipping and sliding you do. Next thing is stickiness. A sticky yoga mat keeps you from sliding all over the place and helps you maintain your alignment as you move from one pose to another, as well as when you hold poses for several seconds. Also, you need to think about the price. Babyonlinewholesale offers them really cheap. Once you've narrowed your choices down by thickness, material, texture, stickiness, and price, there's only one factor left: style! So go ahead and pick your favorite color, pattern, or print.

XOXO,

ALEX

SHOP ACTIVE LEGGINGS ONLINE

In one of my previous posts I've introduced you to Babyonlinewholesale and we talked about their yoga sets. In today's post we'll check out their offer of active legging. No matter if you're running, doing yoga, fitness, any kind of workouts, going to the gym, etc. you need a good pair of active leggings. This store offers a wide range of them in different styles, fabrics, colors and prints. Gyms and running trails are setting the stage for a new era of fashion — thanks to the popularity of activewear — and the new styles, patterns and colors of women's workout leggings that are coming out every month. Having so many choices when it comes to women's workout leggings is a good problem to have, because now you can be both comfortable and stylish during a workout session or anywhere on the go.

Women's exercise leggings, like all pairs of pants, are made in different styles and lengths. Most athletic leggings found online and in stores are made in one of a few different lengths. Leggings also differ in the amount of compression (elasticity) they offer, ranging from no compression (like with cotton yoga pants) to high compression that has been thought to help increase blood flow during strenuous workouts and help recovery afterward. If you’re like most of us, you spend more time thinking about the print on your leggings than the material they’re constructed with. Natural fibers — like cotton — soak up and hold onto sweat, making it a poor choice for sweaty workouts like running. For that reason, they tend to be used in slower (but still challenging) yoga and weightlifting workouts. That doesn’t mean that man-made fibers like spandex don’t have their place. Antimicrobial materials built in to polyester and spandex blends can help wick away the sweat while giving you the compression and range of motion you need to power through the miles or biking down the trail.
